The Super Lender program is designed to reward Lenders who invest in their rental wardrobe and provide the highest levels of customer service to their Borrowers.

Super Lende status is determined in line with our Lender Tiers outlined below:

This program is subject to change.  All scheduled calls will be held at The Volte's discretion.  Benefits do not stack.  Performance is calculated on the first calendar day of each month based upon data from the month prior.  

Confirmed orders measurement will be adjusted to fulfilled orders (less cancelled and returned orders) in the coming months.

Super Lender Level 1	Has confirmed at least six orders in the last 60 days.	All previous benfits and, Super Lender badge Reduction of Lender fees by 1%
Super Lender Level 2	Has confirmed at least six orders in the last 30 days.	All previous benefits and, CX Concierge Sustainability consultation call once per year Reduction of Lender fees increased to 2% Specialised Tax Seminar access
