All items at The Volte are available to be shipped Australia-wide. Lenders do not ship items available for Rent internationally, but items available for Purchase can be shipped internationally at the Lender's discretion. If you are located outside of Australia and are extremely interested in renting an item, contact our Help Center who can contact the Lender on your behalf and they can see if they would make an exception.

Lenders at The Volte as a general rule, ship through Australia Post using Express, but there are some exceptiosn to this. All Lenders are required to have your item sent to you so that it arrives in time for your booking start date; however we recommend you confirm with the lender directly after you've made your booking.

We recommend that rural Borrowers book in advance to ensure the Lender has enough time to send you the item.

All borrowers who live more than 50 kilometers outside of a metro-area must let their lenders know so that they are able to take this into account when calculating sending times.
