My dress has returned damaged. What do I do?

If your item has been returned damaged, The Volte will work with you to ensure you are reimbursed for the cost of either repair or replacement. As a Lender, you are required to report damage to our Help Center within 24 hours of the dress having been received following the end of the booking period. We always recommend that you take pictures of your items before each hire so you have an accurate record of the state of the garment before it was sent to the Borrower.

Please note that The Volte does not take responsibility for loss or damage of items rented out through the platform. The Volte provides an online marketplace through which Lenders and Borrowers connect. Although The Volte will work in every way possible to make sure that reimbursements are made in the event of loss or damage, we are not liable for the payment of these.
