Step 1: Create an Account
If you haven’t already, sign up here — it’s free and takes less than a minute. You’ll need a valid email address and a few quick details to get started.
Step 2: List Your Item
Once you’re logged in:
Click “Lend” on the top menu.
Upload clear, high-quality photos of your item (we recommend front, back, tag, and detail shots).
Add the brand, size, colour, condition, and original RRP.
Set your rental price and bond amount.
Select your shipping and handling timeframes.
💡 Tip: Items with professional photos and accurate descriptions tend to rent faster!
Step 3: Set Up Your Payment Info
We use Stripe to securely process payments. To receive rental earnings, you’ll need to connect your account to Stripe. You can do this through the Payments section in the Lender Dashboard.
Step 4: Accept & Ship Orders
When someone rents your item, you’ll be notified by email and SMS. Promptly confirm the order and ship it out using a tracked method. We’ll guide you every step of the way — from dispatch to return.
💼 What Happens After the Rental?
Once your item is returned and marked as received in good condition, your payout will be processed. You keep full control of your listing — you can pause, update, or remove it at any time.
