When are lenders paid out for hires?

All lenders are paid out 7 business days after the last booking day of the hire period for the order. This ensures that the item is returned on time and can be checked to be in good condition prior to the funds being paid out. This protects both the Borrower and the Lender and to allow for a period in which we are able to complete refunds on your behalf if necessary. If you feel there has been a delay in your hire being paid out to you, please contact the Support Team through our Help Center. If an item is purchased or sold through The Volte, these orders are paid out 14 business days after the order has been confirmed.
