I didn't receive the item on time, do I get a refund?

All lenders endeavour to have your item with you in time for your event. In the event that your item does not arrive in time for you to wear to your event, a full refund is due. Please note, however, that you must post the dress back to your lender by the next business day after receipt and must be returned unworn. Otherwise, your refund will be forfeited. Make sure to use the enclosed return satchel provided along with your hire to post the item back.
