How should I pack my item?

Please pack your designer items with care and attention to minimise the risk of damage or creasing. We require using yellow Australia Post express satchels to send all Orders. Please also pack a pre-paid and pre-filled return satchel for your Borrower to use to send the item back to you. Keep a record of all tracking numbers and proactively monitor the delivery. To make your life easier, simply add these onto your Order in the Lender Dashboard so that you can always refer back to them.
