What happens if someone doesn’t return my dress?

Borrowers automatically receive an email reminding them of when their item must be returned, as a result, it is likely that the item is on its way back to you already. If you wish to receive further confirmation that an item has been posted for return, you must contact the borrower through your messages on The Volte. If you have attempted to contact the Borrower but have not received a reply for 48 hours, please contact our Help Center.

When fulfilling your item you are able to record the return tracking number against the order. We recommend doing this to ensure there is no confusion with the intended address and you are able to keep an eye on the tracking as the shipment progresses.
