My lender has messaged to say the dress is no longer available. What can I do?

Although extremely rare, circumstances do arise in which lenders are unable to hire an item out at the last minute. This could be due to a late return from a previous borrower or the item may have been damaged. In this situation, contact our Help Center as soon as you find out so that we can help you find the perfect piece as a replacement. With some notice, in most instances we are able to find a Lender local to you with a piece that you love. Depending on the notice, we can arrange to have it shipped to you express, or made available for you to pick up locally.
