What if there is a dispute between a Borrower and a Lender?

In the event of a dispute between a Borrower and a Lender, they must first liaise extensively to attempt to come to a resolution together in good faith. If the parties involved are not able to resolve the issue in this manner within 24 hours of the issue arising, either party must contact The Volte Customer Support. Please provide clear details regarding the dispute, and evidence of the attempts to resolve it.

In the event that a dispute is raised with Customer Support with no prior effort to resolve it directly between the Borrower or Lender, you will be advised to carry out the above steps prior to our team getting involved.
