Something has come up. Can I cancel my booking?

We understand that plans can change, so you are able to cancel your hire if it is more than 14 days prior to the rental start date, with a full refund less 15% hire fee automatically returned to you. If your request to cancel falls inside the 14 days before your hire period, you must liaise with your lender directly to have the cancellation and refund approved.
