The Volte's Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the rental start date are eligible for a refund, minus a 16.5% hire fee.

  • For cancellations requested within 14 days of the rental start date, the renter must coordinate directly with the lender to seek approval for the cancellation and any associated refund.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once a refund has been approved, it may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

  • A confirmation receipt for the refund will be sent to you via a separate email.
