It is the Lender's responsibility to dry clean each item before sending it to the Borrower. Items must be sent in a clean and odour-free state.
Borrowers are not required to dry clean items before returning them to the Lender, but they are required to not cause undue wear upon the item during the time of their booking. Please take all steps to keep the item in good condition and to wear it in a hygienic manner.
